Pilot Training Material and Technology Development Intern

We currently have openings for up to two (2) of the following internships as described below:

 Pilot Training Material and Technology Development Intern:

Candidate will enhance existing training materials of Superior Drone FAA Part 107 commercial pilot training course. Enhancement will be based on both primary and secondary research working with our partner, the Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College. In addition, the candidate will develop new training materials for a new course entitled “Commercial Pilot Business Development”. This course involves teaching pilots to become entrepreneurs. Secondary research and course material development will be primary duties. Intern will learn requirements for starting an entrepreneurial new venture.

Lastly, the intern will perform technology scouting activates performing secondary research of both University patents and Federal Laboratory patents available for license.

Qualifications
·     Strong research and analytical abilities, ability to extend knowledge and skills to the topic at hand and to conceptualize and frame relevant questions
·     Junior or Senior with strong academic record
·     Evidence of effectiveness working independently, demonstrated self-starter
·     Learns quickly
·     Ability to work independently as needed
·     Ability to interact well with all kinds of people
